Sub MAP sellers have become increasingly sophisticated. They can learn which SKUs you monitor and which you do not. Other monitoring firms only check a small percentage of your SKUs but we have found that monitoring all SKUs produces much better results.

We have a set of email templates that is fully customizable to match your MAP policy. These emails do the bulk of the work for you.

Sometimes the only way to find out where a seller is getting their product from is to do a mystery buy. This is where you buy a product from them and determine where it came from by either the return address or the serialization of the product itself. When we do mystery buys for our clients we keep track of this information in our database. This assists all clients when they need help identifying suppliers.
Training
We help train your staff to be effective in working with violating sellers. We have template responses to address most seller concerns.
Thank You Emails
We not only want to eliminate your sub MAP sellers, we also want to develop your relationship with your compliant sellers. We send “Thank You” emails to sellers who come into compliance.
Rotate monitoring hours
Some sellers will automatically change their prices at certain times of the day so they can avoid getting caught. We send our robots out at different times to keep this practice from being effective. We also monitor and enforce on weekends and holidays. This means that even if you go on vacation, your MAP policy does not!
Screenshots
Some sellers will fix their prices after they get a violation warning and then claim innocence. For this reason, we take actual screenshots of them violating and can show it to them in a jpg.

Sellers

MAP Policy review
When you sign up with us we do a free MAP policy review. This review can reveal any gaps in your policy.
Do Not Sell List
We can create and automatically send you Do Not Sell lists for you to block out violators.
Distributor Part numbers
Some sellers will list product by the different distributors part numbers instead of your manufacturer part number. When appropriate we cross-reference all the different part numbers violators use.
